Before calling a technician, some minor issues can be checked or diagnosed using error codes. We provide a handy guide to troubleshoot common problems.
Quick Troubleshooting Steps:
- System not turning on: Check mains switch, circuit breakers, and remote controller batteries
- Poor cooling: Verify filter cleanliness, make sure doors/windows are closed, and check remote mode (Cool)
- Daikin error codes check: Press the CANCEL button on the remote for 5 seconds to read blinking error codes
- Water leaking: Turn off unit immediately to prevent ceiling damage and contact us for drain flushing
- Strange noises: Check for loose grills or contact us to inspect fan motor bearings
